General terms

8. The player is not allowed to abuse the bonus offers. In case of such abuse Casino has the right to prohibit the Player to receive any bonuses and to cancel any winnings received using bonus funds, both at the moment of wagering and after it.

9. The Player is not allowed to use any strategy in playing with an active bonus in order to fulfil the requirements to wager the bonus. If the Player uses any strategies, and if the Casino has sufficient grounds to believe that the Player’s actions are aimed solely to obtain financial benefits using the bonus advantage, then the Casino reserves the right to cancel all the player’s winnings.

10. All bonuses have a minimum deposit requirement, limits on the maximum bonus amount, wagering terms, limits on the max number of bets while wagering, and a time limit of bonus validity, unless otherwise indicated (see details in the bonus description).

11. When wagering, any bonuses issued are limited, by default, to a maximum bet of: EUR 5 / USD 5 / CAD 7.5 / NOK 50 / PLN 20 / NZD 7.5 / ZAR 80 / JPY 600, unless stated otherwise.

12. Bonus is automatically cancelled upon active balance reaching amount of 0.05 USD, 0.05 EUR, 0.05 RUB, 0.05 NOK, 0.05 AUD, 0.05 JPY, 0.05 NZD, 0.05 CAD, 0.05 PLN or less.

13. The winnings obtained by using bonuses can be withdrawn once all the wagering requirements have been met.

14. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are valid for 14 days following the point at which they were received.

15. At the end of the bonus period, if the bonus remains valid and the wagering requirements have not been met, all bonus money and winnings are void.

16. Players can request a withdrawal of their deposit before meeting the requirements for bonus wagering. In this case, the amount of the bonus and winnings are void, and the remaining funds, if any, are paid to the player.

17. To activate a bonus, the bonus code given in the bonus description must be used when making a deposit.

30. When gambling with bonus funds, all winnings requested for withdrawal pass a check prior to the payment. The casino reserves the right to request the user to confirm their personal info and payment details as part of the check.

31. The casino has the right to revoke any bonuses and winnings, as well as to confiscate any funds in the account if it has been obtained dishonestly or in violation of these rules.

33.
